A couple of new umbrellas have been procured for the Panguni festival at the Kapali temple. Designed in bright colours, these will surely catch the eye during the procession. These umbrellas have been donated to the temple by a group of devotees.
The mandaps inside the temple have also been decked with thoranams and pandals. The entire inside of the temple has also been covered with a palm roof - both useful and decorative accent.
